Our driver weighs every bag in front of you on government-approved digital scales. You see the exact weight — nothing leaves until you're happy.

Cash in your hand
30p for every kilo of standard clothing, paid on the spot in cash. A typical wardrobe clear-out of 5 standard bags puts around £15 straight in your pocket — for clothes you'd forgotten you owned. Qualifying brands and new-with-tags items are set aside and paid separately at 40p+ per item. Transparent bags only.

We pay 30p per kilo for clean, dry, wearable clothing — that's about £3 for a full 10kg clear bag, weighed in front of you and paid in cash on the spot. Recognised brands in good condition and anything new with tags earn 40p per item — and branded, brand-new pieces can earn more. Our driver prices them at the door.
Names people recognise — Nike, Adidas, The North Face, Carhartt, Levi's, Ralph Lauren, Barbour and similar — in clean, undamaged condition. New-with-tags items of any brand qualify too, and branded brand-new pieces earn more. Pop them near the top of the bag and point them out to the driver.
Yes — completely free anywhere in our collection areas, with a minimum of 2 full transparent bags (about 20kg). No fees and no deductions, ever.
In transparent bags, please — around 10kg per bag, tied at the top. Clear bags let our driver see the contents at the door, which keeps the weigh-in quick. We can't accept black bin liners.
Clean, dry and wearable — good enough that someone else could put them on tomorrow. We can't buy wet, dirty, ripped or heavily stained items; anything unsuitable simply stays with you.
No — we're clothes-only specialists. We don't buy shoes, bags, belts, bedding, curtains, towels, toys, books or bric-a-brac. Keeping it simple keeps collections quick and payouts instant.
Yes. Choose contactless collection, leave the transparent bags in an agreed safe place on your property and send us a photo. We send you a photo of the scale reading. Choose an immediate bank transfer or a sealed cash envelope through your letterbox.
Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, usually within the same week. Tell us your preferred day when you book and we'll confirm a slot by message.
